Who am I?

I suppose I should start with telling you who I am and what this blog will be about.  There are many words that have been used to define me: witch, pagan, goddess worshipper, hippie, treehugger, even freak.  The truth is that I am simply a woman.  It's true, I do follow a different path from most.  I do belong to a Wiccan church.  I do follow the wisdom of the Goddess as well as the God.  I do try to live a life more in tune with the earth.  But there is no one word to define me.

This blog is meant to be simply a journal of my adventures through life as a modern pagan.  Sometimes I may have true insights, sometimes I may just have a little story or a recipe.  I can tell you that my journey through paganism will not be the same as anyone else's.  We all have different beliefs and practices.  I have written for several pagan publications in the past, so I am well aware that there will always be someone who will pop up to tell me I'm doing it wrong.  The truth is, what's right for me isn't necessarily right for anyone else, and I'm not trying to tell anyone else what to do.  I simply hope to give a little inspiration to others and maybe bring a little light to your life.

And so, I welcome those of you who wish to join me on my journey.  May we all learn something wonderful along the way!
